1/2 term...!!!
FINALLY, after 6 weeks of hard work!!
but 1/2 term = more hard work. well at least we can work without having lessons, lol*
our little science class of 9 ppl have given our teachers - Miss Webb, Mr Harris and Mrs Carmichael our cards (which Eva and i spent 6 hours in making, in total) and gifts!!! they were so pleased, and so were we! it's sooo nice to see how happy ppl react when they receive your presents. Miss Webb even had tears in her eyes... heehee*
so this has been a rather enjoyable day so far. now i think about it, my last day of formal lessons in U5 is almost coming to an end! is that good or what? i'm certainly gonna miss my lessons, especially Biology. sniffz*
on the other hand i can't wait till staying in Priory Holme... oh i miss TV + staying in bed in mornings... heehee... tho i better get on with some work everyday... on the first 3 days back from half-term, i got 5 exams.
so u can tell that i'm gonna feel SO RELIEVED when those 3 days are OVER.
can't wait!

eng lit done!
wow... seemed like a dream, it really did.
no nasty surprises, which was very comforting. immediately relieved. but i dun think i did the first on the Merchant of Venice very well tho. started twice. ah well... again i should stop thinking about it.
that's 1 3/4 subjects down. muahaha. still not under exam pressure, lol.
will be after half-term, i think. whilst too much pressure is bad for you, too little pressure is not a good thing either. :p
i dun think anyone will start revising today until after school. the poor critical thinking peeps still got their 3 hour paper to look foward to!
i'm SO GLAD i've quitted. firstly, it's boring. secondly, i can't do it. case closed.
joan, essay writing is not fun. it's annoying.
and thx for zapping me luck. lol

eng lit tmr!!
joan u hoi sum la... back to hk...! saw u online the other day btw.
i miss hk sooo muchie... ><"
have to work hard tonight... eng lit tmr! i see this as the first big subject... haha... after all it's 2 hr 15 minutes wor. that's 40 minutes each, with 15 minutes to spare as reading/thinking/checking time.
ewww. hate essay writing. that's why i should be quite delighted next year. only music requires essay writing... actually, i'm not sure about the sciences. not as much as english anyway.
oh oh oh how i wish to drop The Merchant of Venice, Pride & Prejudice and Best Words... like NOW. well tmr lunch time, then i won't have to read these ever again in my life.
let's just cross fingers, for the sake of 3 easy questions.

Exams are coming...
actually they've come. i'm supposed to be doing my timed essay for eng lit now... but sorry, lack of motivation. it's next week, so is german reading!
german listening was alright... last page was a bit disastrous... but then the last pages have always been hard. i'll just forget it and work hard on german reading and writing!
read a thread called "有沒有準 HKCEE 10A、9A的狀元呀？" in diocesans.net...
and someone wrote some names down, including 3 of my primary school classmates wor!!!
ho ging ah!!! hope they will really get good scores la~~~
while ppl are in hk r finishing their exams, we're just about to start... =.="
so sad.
btw my mum is fine now la! thx melo and joan!! :)
she was really touched by the email i wrote her... heehee* so she's kinda "recovered" now la*

i'm feeling very bad right now......
mum's just sent me an email... my brother's eczema condition has worsened... and mum's trying to help, but others say that she's been too harsh on norton's diet... so she's really really depressed.
i wish i could fly back to hk right now... at least i can be with her and stand on her side.
Jesus, please help my mum and my brother. they've suffered enough.
please pray for them. :'(

spelling bug
i didn't know how to spell FUGUE... and besides the word "archives" has been spelt wrong since the beginning of this blog... lol... and i have never realised it until just now... :p
anywayz... we're having geog timed Q's later... seems that everyone has abandoned studying tho... haha...
spent the past two evenings talking to ppl without doing any solid work... how sad. really gotta start working tonite. going swimming too!
i've decided what to wear for the charity event in the house this weekend! well actually i haven't, but eva did for me... i'm gonna be an Indian, heehee* the theme is eastern style ma... u can be egyptian, indian, gypsy etc gum... i'm playing piano with rita on the drums as background music as well... haha... this is gonna be weird.
sai lo!! clever boy! well done in phy la... that's good la... only a few more to go right? when's the last exam?
melo!! add oil ah u! well done for finishing ur law exam la... law... seems to be last subject that i'd want to study...=.="

some ppl in hk have only got 2 more exams to go!!!
lucky peeps... add oil ah* u deserve the long break afterwards! :)
can't wait to go back... and i've decided to go back on 9/7 btw... not leaving early anymore since the 'activity week' is gonna be so interesting, lol* actually it sounds much better than i thought it would be, i mean it... and we're gonna go to oxford! there's this broadcasting workshop ya see... sounds cool*
after most ppl have done their spanish orals, i suddenly realised that i must have done quite badly in my german orals... =.=" oh well, it's over... can't do anything about it... and add oil la angie, who's gonna do hers tmr!
gotta go... thought i fixed my laptop yesterday but NO it still doesnt work in the house... got madrigal now, geographical fugue...@@"

got a bit annoyed with bio questions... i just can't get the main idea of the questions... answering something completely irrelevant gum... ><" my mind is too simple... ai...
joan... u know my political awareness = 0... but then we did have some activities in sch, we actually had a mock election... the LD actually won, lol...

!!!german oral over!!!
well it didn't go too badly.
apart from the fact that i said "i'm going into 6th form" when Mrs Matthews asked what i will study in uni, and when i talked about my work experience when she asked about my vacation... and of cuz, all the tenses that i got wrong...
so, i'm slightly annoyed, but i reassure myself that i've done ok-ish.
joan... what on earth is international relations? u mite have mentioned it b4, lol... just that i'm a bit absent-minded... at least u've done it... and ready to go HOME...!!

this is not funny... getting a cold before my german oral. =.="
it's TOMORROWWWWW... ughhhh* freaked out. i never feel that i've practised enough... scared of spontaneous questions!!! ><
good luck to drama peeps having their exam today, starting at 10:30am!!!

school photo
school photo @ 5:15 today! which is i'm missing my flute lesson in two consecutive weeks.
french orals have started... german oral on thurs...!!!
hopefully i'm not gonna close my eyes when the photographer clicks... or else i'll be remembered as the girl who closed her eyes for some time. i think this is the only school photo we'll take while i'm at MGC.
went to see the GCSE dramas on sat... they were really good! everytime there's a drama on i wish i do drama. but of cuz i can't... no talent, and i'm not considering the hard work u needa put in.
i think my interest in the internet has decreased greatly. i dun even feel the need to go on it in the weekends. i dun care if my LAN card doesn't work anymore. but i think i'll be frantic after the exams if it still doesn't work.
it's so hot in this winter uniform. ugh*

I COULDN'T EVEN REMEMBER MY OWN LOCKER CODE!!!!!!!!!!!
i have locked, and opened my locker without any doubt before, okay?? i know i dun lock my locker very often but... STILL I MANAGED TO DO IT. not THIS time tho. had to find ms TT, luckily she was in reserve...
